Initially I’ll be hosting short 1 hour sessions once a month. One online and one in-person at Health Matters Physical Therapy in York, ME. Each month we’ll focus on a new activity. Registration is suggested as space is limited. Suggested donation: $20. Feel free to try a a session for $1.
